| Abstract: | There are lots of factors needed to be seriously studied in western development, among which the four most prominent advantages are those of natural resources, regional featured economy, industrial technology and market linking with the frontier trade. An emphatic understanding and accuurate amploying them may have an importance of current significance in strengthening the confidence of the development and in working out the efficient plains for the development. |
