高斯拟合在单道扫描ICP-AES光谱仪中的应用

摘    要:在研究高斯似合的数学原理基础上,给出了高斯拟合的算法,并将高斯拟合应用于单道扫描ICP-AES(Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectrometry)光谱仪的谱峰扫描中。实际应用效果表明,在保证测量精度的同时,利用高斯拟合法测量谱峰,能使测量时间缩短近一半。研究证明,将高斯拟合应用于单道扫描ICP-AES光谱仪是可行的。

Abstract:The mathematics principle of Gauss curve fitting is studied, and the arithmetic of Gauss curve fitting is given. The methods of Gauss curve fitting was used in single-channel sequential scanning ICP-AES(Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectrometry) to measure the peak value of the spectrum.Comparing to the conventional methods,the methods of Gauss curve fitting can nearly reduce the measurement time to half in essential measurement precision. The result of study shows that it is feasible to applying the Gauss curve fitting to single-channel sequential scanning ICP-AES.
