| 摘 要： | 研究并实现了一种新颖、独特的子群系统，该系统无需定时提取和帧同步系统。系统终端采用８７５１单片机作主控，整个系统体积小，功耗低，性能稳定，易于实现。语声质量符合国家标准。

| Abstract: | A special Sub-Block System is Studyied and completed.There are no clock ab-straction and frame synchronous system in this system,The system terminal is controlled by 8751 monolithic computers.It has merits of compact,low con-sumption,stableness in performance,and easy realization.The quality of speech sound meets the need of the national standards. |
