气敏材料Zn2 SnO4的制备及其特性测量的实验研究

摘    要:为解决实验内容方法陈旧,制备气敏元件的性能指标无法满足实际测试要求的问题,对半导体气敏材料的制备及其气敏特性测量进行了实验研究,从而提高元件的性能,并使实验内容满足本科教学更加贴近科学研究前沿的需求。通过采用溶剂热法制备了三元金属氧化物Zn2 SnO4气敏材料并对其性能进行了系统测量,并将该实验内容应用于电子功能材料实验的开放性创新实验中。结果表明,基于Zn2 SnO4材料的气敏元件对HCHO 气体表现出优异的气敏特性。通过该实践过程,使学生掌握一种合成纳米材料的新方法,了解材料表征方法,该项目的实施有利于学生提高科研素质和创新能力的培养。

Abstract:The properties of gas sensors prepared in the experimental course do not satisfy the need for practical application due to the dated content and method of experiment used. To solve that problem and meet the need that the contents of experiments should relate to scientific research,the experiment of preparing and gas sensing properties of semiconductor gas sensing material are studied to enhance the properties of gas sensors. Ternary metal oxide Zn2SnO4 was prepared by solvothermal method and the sensing properties were measured systemically. This experiment content was applied as an open innovative experiment for the course of electronic functional material experiment. The results show that the prepared Zn2SnO4 based sensors exhibited excellent response to formaldehyde. Through the practical process,the students mastered a new method of preparing nanomaterials and learned the characterization methods. The application result demonstrates that this experiment can help developing scientific research quality and innovation ability.
