| 摘 要： | 针对应急物资生产能力储备补贴机制缺乏定量研究的问题, 应用委托代理理论, 构建了应急物资生产能力储备补贴激励模型。在此基础上, 对模型进行了求解、 分析, 讨论了企业生产能力、 成本和补贴资金等因素对补贴激励合同的影响。研究结果表明, 该模型可为政府对企业生产能力储备补贴机制的设计提供参考。

| Abstract: | The existing researches for production capacity reservation are lack of quantitative research on government subsidy. We developed the optimal contract of capacity reservation of emergency material with government subsidy by theory knowledge of principle\|agent. We solved the model and discussed the production capacity of enterprises, the cost, government subsidy and other factors affecting the optimal contract. The results provide a reference for the government incentive the enterprise to make the capacity reservation. |
