| 摘 要： | 基于CCD图像测量技术,提出一种利用CCD成像系统检测火车轮对几何尺寸的非接触在线测量系统,给出了系统的结构及原理,并着重讨论了各个子系统的灯光,摄像机位置及图像处理方法。最后利用该系统进行了现场比对实验。

| Abstract: | Based on the CCD image measure technique, we propose a untouched online system of measuring the geometrical size of train wheel. The structure and principle of the system is given. The illumination of subsystems, the position of visions and methods of image processing are discussing in detail. Finally an online comparison is carried out using the proposed system. |
