| 摘 要： | 针对越来越多的企业因需要对外开展在线客户服务、对内实现协同办公而面临管理和信息交换的问题，在分析基于XMPP（eXtensible Messaging and Presence Protocol）即时通信系统相关技术的基础上，进行了企业即时通信系统的总体设计，研究了该系统在企业开展在线客户服务和企业协同工作中的应用。系统基于一个架构提供服务，采用分层设计的理念，具有自动化、可管理性和可集成性，体现了精益服务的理念。系统的应用减低了企业服务成本，提升了企业服务效率，规范了服务管理，改变了企业员工传统的通信方式，提高了企业协同化程度。
