| 摘 要： | 对Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ应用程序的特征进行了分析，提出了中文Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ应用程序的实现方法，利用ＢｏｒｌａｎｄＣ＋＋工具软件强有力的功能和Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ应用程序编程接口ＡＰＩ，实现了中文Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ应用程序的开发。
