| 摘 要： | 为寻求对某公司的ERP(Enterprise Resource Project)项目最满意的行动方案,提出了一个使用群决策为连锁经营中的价格决策问题建模的方案.该方案用门店特定商品的纯利润作为专家评分,构造专家-目标矩阵.讨论了价格差距较小的目标和价格变动趋势,指出可以通过对消费者心理与理想专家的偏好趋势的研究对模型作进一步修正,给出了模型的实现方案.实际运行结果表明,该模型能够体现出门店的意志和配送中心的调控作用.

| Abstract: | In order to find the best project for an ERP (Enterprise Resource Project), a price decision model for chain operation with group decision theory was proposed.This model employs the outlier's net profit of the special commodity as expert grade to build expert-object matrix. Discussions on object with near price and the trend of price are also provided, and we are convinced of that the model can be corrected with the research on customers' psychology and the trend of ideal expert bias. The practical running shows the model can materialize outlets'willing and the distribution center's function of adjust and control. This paper provided a implement for the model. |
