基于嵌入式RTOS的AMT控制软件开发

摘    要:针对传统机械式自动变速器(AMT:Automatic Manual Transmission)控制软件设计中的模块性、可读性及可扩充性差的缺点,及软件设计中节气门控制难的问题,在PHILIPS80C592单片机上移植RTX51实时操作系统,开发了一整套基于嵌入式实时操作系统的AMT控制软件.采用嵌入式实时操作系统,使AMT控制软件的模块性、可读性、可移植性及可扩充性增强,同时解决了AMT执行换档动作时节气门控制的传统难题.

Abstract:The traditionalAMT (Automatic Manual Transmission) control software has problems such aspoor modularity, bad readability, and poor expansion. It is also difficult to control throttle during shifting in the traditional AMT control software. The paper discusses the application of embedded RTOS (Real Time Operating System ) in AMT. RTX51 RTOS is transplanted in microcontroller PHILIPS80C592. Based on RTOSa whole suit of AMT control software was developed. By using embedded RTOS, modularity,readabilityandexpansionof the control software are improved, and the difficultyof throttle control during shifting was resolved.
