摘    要:采用Visual Basic 6.o为开发环境,研制了矩形烟风道波形补偿器计算机系统.该系统包括对吸收轴向和横向位移的多波补偿器、等截面烟风道短铰式补偿管段、变截面偏心烟风道水平铰式补偿管段3种波形补偿器的设计计算;程序能够自动确定波节数并进行受力计算:当设计不符合要求条件时,能立即提示用户,并根据用户的选择重新计算.该系统还可实现对设计结论及数据的存储或打印,用户在使用系统时,可从计算机中读取出已存储过的壳体和壁板设计结论和数据,进行检查或修改.打印部分采用Printer对象打印输入数据、输出数据及相关图示.烟风道波形补偿器设计系统提高了设计的准确性和设计功效.

Abstract:The computer system of bellows expansion joint Design includes design of multi-bellows expansion joint for absorbing-axial and lateral motion, the bellows expansion joint of equal cross-section duct with short toggle compensating section and the bellows expansion joint of mutative cross-section eccentric duct with horizontal toggle compensating section. The programs can be used to determine the number of bellows and resulting forces automatically. When the designs do not accommodate with the required conditions, the user can be hinted and recomputed according to user's choice. This system also can realizes data storage and data print. When the users use the system, they can get the saved data of rectangle duct shell and panel design from computer and examine the data. Printer object is applied for printing of imput and output data as well as interrelated chart.The system improves not only design veracity but also design virtue.
