| 摘 要： | 在分析科技产业集群持续创新系统要素结构的基础上,构建出科技产业集群持续创新能力评价体系.选取衡量集群区域持续创新能力的22个原始指标,运用因子分析模型,对青岛经济技术开发区的持续创新能力进行综合评价和实证研究,以此探讨集群持续创新的内在发展规律,为科技产业集群的发展提供政策依据.结论:运用因子分析模型所归类的持续创新水平因子、持续创新效率因子和持续创新效益因子拟舍科技产业集群持续创新能力评价体系具有一致性和代表性.
