| 摘 要： | 中国汽车产业并购整合的核心问题之一是如何有效提升持续创新能力。通过运用动态战略地图方法,构建了基于持续创新能力的中国汽车产业并购整合模型,并在验证模型的有效性的基础上,对产学研合作力度、市场集中度和污染排放因子进行动态模拟研究。模拟结果表明:适度的产学研合作力度能够有效提升持续创新能力;而仅提高市场集中度难以显著提升持续创新能力;提高污染排放标准有利于提升持续创新能力,但边际增长效应呈现递减性。

| Abstract: | One of the core issues of Mergers & Acquisitions(M & A) of Chinese automobile industry is to promote sustainable innovation capability effectively.By using dynamic strategic map,we build system dynamics model of M&A of Chinese automobile industry based on sustainable innovation capability.We then analyze different strategies by simulating cooperative efforts,market concentration and factor of pollution exhaust on the base of model’s effectiveness.The result shows that appropriate cooperative efforts can promote the sustainable innovation capability effectively,the improvement of market concentration can’t promote the sustainable innovation capability significantly and the improvement of factor of pollution exhaust is useful for promote the sustainable innovation capability,but the marginal benefit was decreased gradually. |
