| 摘 要： | 在提出城市建设投资预警方法的基础上,对哈尔滨城市建设进行了预警研究。指出城市建设投资预警的特殊性,将神经网络用于预警研究,对传统预警方法进行改进,保证了预警信号的准确性与灵敏性;提出城市建设投资预警程序和预警指标选取方法,为防范城市建设投资风险、加强城市管理提供了科学依据;对哈尔滨市未来城市建设投资进行了预警预报,验证了预警方法的可行性,并提出城市建设的建议。 |

| Abstract: | This paper focuses on urban construction investment early warning. First, the trait of urban construction investment early warning is analyzed. Then, it explores the shortcomings of indicators and forecasting in present study method of early warning, and neural network is used to improve it. It ensures the urban construction investment early-warning signals correct and sensitive. The procedure and indicators for urban constructions investment early warning are put forward as well. It makes urban construction investment and urban management more scientific and practical. Furthermore,it takes Harbin as an example to prove the method is feasible. Suggestions for Harbin construction are given additionally. |
