| 摘 要： | 构造了用于评价信息产业效率的平均横切效率模型,在此基础上,对1993～1999年间我国信息产业的生产效率进行了定量计算,并对其效率做了综合分析,提出了我国信息产业的生产效率虽有波动,但总的趋势是好的;验证了信息产业的生产效率与它的高投入、高产出特性是相符合的结论。 |

| Abstract: | On the basis of building an ACE (Average Crosscut Efficiency) model used to evaluate the efficiency of the electrical information industry (EIS), this paper did the quantity computing for EIS production efficiency of our country during 1993~1999 and made the comprehensive analysis for it. Finally, a conclusion was given that though production efficiency of EIS of our country always fluctuates, the total uptrend is good, and production efficiency of EIS is accordant with its characteristics of high input and high output. |
