| 摘 要： | 从人类活动中信息资源的特殊性出发，考察了传统媒体的信息传递模式和过程，研究了互联网作为第四媒体的信息传递模式和过程。阐明了互联网作为新一代的传播媒介使信息传递的效率大为提高，并由此得出，互联网的出现有助于人类实现可持续发展战略。

| Abstract: | By analysing the particularity of information resource in the process of human activities, the information transfer model and proces of the traditional media are reviewed, then the information transfer model and process of Internet as the fourth medium is explored. The analysis shows that Internet increases the efficiency of information transfer greatly as a new generation medium. Finally, a conclusion is presented that the emergence of Internet benefits the implementation of sustainable development for human beings. |
