| 摘 要： | 基于企业竞争模式逐渐转变为供应链间竞争模式的观点,研究了供应链间的横向竞争和并购效应,重点考察了以可观察与不可观察合约为主导的供应链间竞争模式,及其横向并购后的供应链与各个环节的利润和市场变化情况。这些研究为企业并购决策,以及并购后的供应链整合提供了理论基础和决策指导。

| Abstract: | Based on the viewpoint that competition of enterprise has changed into the competition of supply chains,we studied the competition and M&A effects of two supply chains.The competitive behaviors based on the observable and unobservable contract of supply chain and the influence on profit of supply chain and the parts on it were studied.The outcome is helpful for the decision of merger and the integration after merger. |
