| 摘 要： | 在现今的系统评估方法研究中,通常把每一决策单元,即被评估者看成一种客体,被动地由评估者进行优选,缺乏竞争性,往往与现实不符。文中引入目标参数,提出了基于目标导向的竞争性评估模型。在主体自身优势最大化的基础上,参与各方案优选的竞争,并通过目标参数的调节,将某些指标的重要性关系限定在某个区间内。

| Abstract: | On the study of system evaluation approach today,each decision unit is commonly regarded as one object and selected by evaluation institution,which is not reality because of the absence of rivalry.From new point of view,this paper introduces objective parameter and presents the model of competitive evaluation based on the direction of objective.Each unit whose weight is limited in some area by adjusting objective parameter competes for its maximum dominance. |
