| 摘 要： | 对于BOT项目,在特许权期既定条件下,特许经营企业首先需要确定的问题是如何科学安排项目的建设,使得项目在特许权期内获得最大利润。分析了建设期与移交前特许经营之间的关系,在考虑资金的时间价值的基础上,给出了在确定合理建设期的数学模型,并将遗传算法应用于该问题的解决。

| Abstract: | For BOT projects,a reasonable construction period is important for concession cooperation to maximum total benefit.This paper examines the relationship between construction period and concession operation.By considering the time value of capital,this paper develops a model to calculate concession operation period.Finally GA is used to explore the problem. |
