摘    要:势科学理论的基础是势科学原理,即对称性原理。势的运行机制是差别促进联系,联系扩大差别,所以,差别越来越大,联系越来越紧,差别最大是相反,联系最紧是相同,既相反又相同即相反相成,即对称,所以,对称信息量最大,作用量最小,营造最大的信息势,可以应对最大的不确定性,因而,应对复杂系统的根本战略就是对称化战略。

Abstract:Shi scientific theory is based on potential scientific principle, namely the symmetry princi- ple. Shi operation mechanism is that differences promote contact and contact expands differences. So, the differences are getting greater and greater and contacts are getting tighter and tighter. The maximum difference is opposition and the maximum contact is identical, with character of both being different and being identical for each other, namely the same symmetrical. Therefore, with maximum amount of sym- metric information, the minimum amount of action and building the largest information potential, the big- gest uncertainty can be coped with. Therefore, the fundamental strategy to deal with complex systems is symmetrical strategy.
