从耗散结构理论看创新型人才的塑造

摘    要:非平衡态的开放系统必须依靠非线性相互作用与涨落才能形成耗散结构。创新型人才的塑造过程类似于形成耗散结构的过程。创新型人才应有开放的专业知识与广博的相关知识 ,而且要善于整合知识 ,勤于思考勇于创新 ,通过自组织运动 ,形成耗散结构。

Abstract:Non equilibrium open system can form dissipative structure only through non linear interaction and fluctuation.The process of training of talents of creativity is just like that of forming dissipative structure.The talents of creativity not only should have opening special knowledge and widespread interrelated knowedge,but also should be good at reorganizing knowledge and think hardly and innovate bravely.Talents of creativity can form dissipative structure through self organizationd activity.
