| 摘 要： | 试从系统论的角度来分析科学发展观,认为科学发展观是一种系统范式,其本身就是系统观。通过分析认为科学发展观是非平衡发展观,是非线性发展观,在实践中贯彻落实科学发展观对经济社会发展意义重大。
