| 摘 要： | 以差异协同律为核心的系统辩证学为和谐社会的构建和管理提供了一种新的理论视角,它扬弃了哲学对和谐的理解,把整体、秩序、协同作为构建和管理和谐社会的要素。管理科学要有效地处理复杂环境中涌现出来的不确定性,就应将系统辩证学作为管理和谐社会的一种理论指南。
