基于复杂性科学的企业专利能力影响因素分析

企业专利能力是一个复杂性系统,具有动态性、层次性、整体性和开放性特征。企业专利能力的复杂性主要由两个部分决定,一是来自企业内部的因素,另一部分是由外部环境所决定的。人的复杂性和企业的复杂性是影响企业专利能力的内部因素,其中尤以创新因素为主。经济发展、专利制度和专利政策以及知识产权文化是助推企业专利能力培育的重要外部因素,其中尤以专利制度和专利政策为主。

Study on Factors of Ability to Patent Business Based on the Complexity Science

In this paper, the author believes that ability to patent business is a complex system which has characteristics such as dynamics, gradation, integrity and open, analyzes complexity of the ability and points out that it is decided by two factors. One which concludes complexities of human and businesses is from the inside of enterprise and the other which involves the development of economy, the patent system, the patent policy and the intellectual property culture is from the outside.
