基于遗传算法的模糊神经网络智能控制器及其应用

摘    要:提出了一种基于遗传算法的模糊网络控制系统,该系统采用模糊神经网络结构实现,它用遗传算法优化具有全局性的隶属函数参数,而用BP算法调节和优化具有局部性的网络权值参数。仿真结果表明该控制器可大大提高模糊神经推理控制系统的自学习性和鲁棒性。

Abstract:A kind of fuzyy neural network control system based on genetic algorithms is presented in this paper. The system is achieved by the structure of fuzzy neural network, it uses genetic algorithms to optimatize the global parameters of membership functions, and uses BP algorithms to train the local parameters of network weights. The simulation result shows that the controller has fine self\|learnig and robustness.
