基于粗集的武器研制风险分析的解释结构模型

摘    要:根据风险分析及其在火箭武器研制领域的实际,提出在辨识风险因素后利用粗集处理专家识别的层次风险因素,将系统工程理论中的解释结构模型法运用于风险分析的新思路。分析了某火箭炮改进项目总体方案的风险,建立了该方案的风险模型和解释结构模型,从纷繁的风险因素中找出了相互影响的内在联系,并根据其解释结构模型得到了某火箭炮武器系统改进的风险管理建议。

Abstract:According to the general train of thoughts of risk analysis and its reality of application to the research on the development of rocket weapon, a new thought is put up forward, that is, firstly, the rough set theory is selected to process the hierarchy risk elements discriminated by experts, secondly, the Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM) of system engineering theory is used to analyze the risk. By this method, the risk analysis for certain rockets system improvement project is achieved. The risk model and ISM of this program are built, which can be used to find the inherent relation behind the complicated risk elements. And by this ISM built for such rocket risk analysis, the risk management advices for the improvement of this style rockets are obtained.
