| 摘 要： | 根据军事装备效能模型及效能分析的概念和内容,探讨了在军事装备研制过程中,利用效能模型及效能分析确定军事装备战技指标的可行性,研究了确定军事装备战技指标的具体方法,提出了利用效能模型确定重要战技指标的具体数值或值域范围、综合平衡装备战术技术参数取值等思路。对如何使战技指标的确定更具科学性与可靠性进行了积极探索,拓展了确定战技指标的方法和手段。

| Abstract: | According to the theory of effectiveness models and effectiveness analyses on military equipment,the feasibility of determining the tactical and technical index of military equipment analyses based on the effectiveness model is inquired.Applications of the effectiveness model in setting the tactical and technical index on military equipment are investigated,which can raise the level of demonstration of military equipment as well as its reliability of results.The new ideas and methods for determining the tactical and technical index of military equipment are put forth,the described work may be of value to the development of military equipment projects. |
