摘    要:地空导弹火力单元兵力机动线路的选择是一个多因素评价问题。给出了影响地空导弹营火力单元兵力机动线路选择的因素 ,主要包括兵力机动线路的长度、线路的路况、隐蔽性、地空导弹武器系统的机动性和防护能力。其中路况因素由线路的路面、天气状况及交通情况决定。以这些因素为指标 ,采用二级模糊评判原理对兵力机动线路进行综合评判 ,给出兵力机动线路的等效线路长度 ,利用动态规划算法求解兵力机动的最佳线路 ,最后给出算法的一个实例

Abstract:The troops maneuvering is an effective approach to improve viability and seize the opportunity for combat. The fire unit from a position to another position may have many routes, the selection of troops maneuvering route is an important problem. The selection of troops maneuvering route for the ground to air missile fire unit is a multi factor evaluation problem. The factors influencing the selection of troops maneuvering route for the ground to air missile fire unit are analyzed, mainly including route conditions, concealment situation and distance as well as of maneuver ability and protection ability of the ground to air missile weapon system, in which route conditions depend on the road surface and weather and traffic conditions. Taking these factors as indexes for selecting the maneuvering route a two level fuzzy judgement principle is used to select the optimal maneuvering route of troops, the equivalent route lengths are given and the dynamic programming algorithm is used to solve the optimal maneuvering route of troops. Finally an example of the algorithm is presented. The algorithm can provide foundation for the commander to make decisions.
