摘    要:在决策中,存在准则值不准确、不确定、不能决定和准则权系数信息不完全的多准则决策问题,针对此类问题,提出了一种信息不完全的多准则决策的优劣势排序方法。该方法首先构建方案集的优势矩阵和劣势矩阵,得到方案的全局优势度和劣势度,利用权系数的不完全信息构建相应的最优化模型,求解最优化模型得到优势度和劣势度的变化区间,利用区间数的排序方法得到方案集的一个部分排序或完全排序。最后通过实例验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:It is not uncommon in multiple criteria decision making that the numerical values of alternatives of some criteria are subject to imprecision, uncertainty and indetermination and the information on weights of criteria is incomplete. To study multiple criteria decision-making problem with incomplete information on weights, a superiority and inferiority ranking method is proposed. In this method, the superiority matrix and inferiority matrix of the alternatives are constructed, and the global superiority index and global inferiority index of alternative are attained. And the optimal programming is constructed by using incomplete information of the criteria's weights, the variety interval of superiority index and inferiority index of the alternatives is obtained by solving the optimal programming. Then, the alternatives are ranked partially or completely. Finally, an example is given to show the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
