| 摘 要： | 针对各种ＮＨＰＰ（Ｎｏｎ－ＨｏｍｏｇｅｎｅｏｕｓＰｏｉｓｓｏｎＰｒｏｃｅｓｓ）类软件可靠性增长模型的特点，提出了一种统一的ＮＨＰＰ类软件可靠性增长模型——ＵＮＨＰＰ模型，给出了模型的参数估值方法，并通过实例对其性能进行了评估。
