| 摘 要： | 针对视频监控高实时性、高可靠性的需求 ,设计了一种脱机的视频实时录像及存储系统。设计中 ,采用了新的视频处理技术和智能管理技术以及优选的视频编解码与压缩解压缩专用芯片 ,同时采用高可靠性的DSP芯片作为核心控制器 ,从而保证了系统视频解码、视频压缩、硬盘存储、视频解压缩、视频编码和脱机智能控制等功能的实现。调试后的系统不仅达到了预期的功能 ,而且性能稳定、操作方便

| Abstract: | According to the practical requirements, a real time digital video storage system based on hard disk is designed. A high reliablility DSP chip and some specific chips dealing with video processing are adopted to provide such functions as video decoding, MPEG1 encoding, hard disk storage, MPEG1 decoding, video encoding as well as intelligent control. With the help of new technology and devices, the whole system has been implemented. Furthermore, the system has other good characteristics. |
