GTR在火箭点火控制系统中的应用

摘    要:文章详细分析了目前火箭点火控制系统中常用器件——继电器的性能,针对其动作时间的“摆动”问题,提出采用“全控型”大功率管取代继电器的方法。该方法应用于某单位火箭点火控制系统的设计中,使控制精度由秒级提高到毫秒级,并减小了系统的体积和减轻了维护工作,从而提高了系统的可靠性。该系统已在某单位投入运行。

Abstract:The paper analysizes in detail, the characteristics of relay used in normal rocket firing control system and concludes that relay can not be used in accurate control system. GTR is a full-control device, and can replace relay as a fast switch in some situation. In this way, a new rocket firing control system can be designed successfully. The characteristics of this system has been improved dramatically, and now the system has been put into use.
