摘    要:仿真方法是分析FMS可靠性的一种十分有效的方法和工具,可用于系统发展的不同阶段.由于受仿真语言、建模工作者、应用环境等限制,仿真方法在FMS可靠性研究中难以得到广泛的应用.本文首先简要介绍基于实际生产过程的FMS多任务可靠性仿真方法;然后,采用面向对象的思想和编程方法,建模仿真并实现了基于实际生产过程的FMS多任务可靠性仿真的用户界面.该用户界面具有建模方便、易学,修改模型快捷,界面友好,工作量少,生成的源程序可靠等优点.它为FMS的可靠性仿真提供了一条从模型到仿真源程序方便转换的捷径,对仿真方法在FMS可靠性研究中的广泛应用起了推动作用.该用户界面已应用于北京和长春FMS试验中心.

Abstract:: Simulation method is an efficient method for analyzing and evaluating FMS reliability and it can be used in different stages of system development. Because simulation method is restricted by the simulation language, modelling workers, applied environment and so on, it is very difficult to use simulation method widely in the study of FMS reliability.In this paper, the FMS Multi-mission Reliability Simulation on practical production Process (MRSP) is introduced firstly. Then, the object-oriented idea and programming method are used to realize the user interface of MRSP. This user interface is convenient to model, easy to learn, quick to modify, with friendly interface and reliable source program and ect. . It provides a shortcut from reliability model to simulation source program. It makes the simulation method widely used in FMS reliability study. It has been applied to Beijing FMS Experiment Center and Changchun FMS Experiment Center.
