舰艇战术训练成绩评估数学模型

成绩评定是舰艇战术训练中的重要组成部分,以人为主的定性评估将耗费大量人力与时间,且有失客观性。在分析舰艇军事训练特点的基础上,论述了舰艇战术训练成绩的评估原则,进而建立了成绩的评估指标体系,提出了评估数学模型。模型中给出了评估指标的分数分配方法和各子项的详细评分方法。与模糊评价模型相比,该模型具有训练成绩直观、评估方法简单、参数容易确定等优点。

A Mathematical Model for Evaluating Vessel Tactical Training Performance

The performance evaluation is an important part of vessel tactical training. The qualitative evaluation needs much manpower and time with little objectivity. According to the analysis of the features of vessel tactical training, the principle performance evaluation is presented in this paper and the index system for evaluation and the evaluating model are established. In this model, the distribution of marks to each index and the rating method are given in detail. Compared with fuzzy evaluating model, this model is intuitional, simple and easy to obtain parameters.
