| 摘 要： | 针对航天高科技企业技术综合性和系统集成性强,知识密集性和技术密集性程度高,并处于特殊的军工行业,在产业方面具有经营的非均衡性和技术驱动性的特点,提出利用企业整体式模式理论,建构航天高科技企业整体式模式,对该模式的作用机理、目标、主要内容、构建过程及效果进行了系统的分析。阐明了运用整体观点进行整合管理,在提高企业协调能力和适应能力上的优越性。

| Abstract: | Having a strong technology synthesis and system integrity, a high level of knowledge density and technology density, the non-proportionality management and technology dvive in the field of industry, the aerospace hi-tech enterprises are on a special trade of the military industry. In view of this situation, the theory of utilizing integratized model of the enterprise and the method of organizing integratized model of aerospace hi-tech enterprise are presented. The action mechanism, objective, main contents, organizing pross and effectiveness of the proposed model are analized systematically. |
