摘    要:通过对Fabry-Perot谐振腔与嵌入其中的串联双晶Josephson结阵列的耦合特性的仿真研究,分析了影响耦合效率的重要因素,并找出了它们对谐振腔的谐振频率和结阵列中各结上感应电流及其一致性的影响,最终通过合理优化,在串联结阵列上得到了高幅值的均匀的感应电流。这对于实际中利用串联Josephson结阵列,在实现相位同步的情况下,观测高频微波辐照下的Shapiro台阶有指导意义。

Abstract:By simulating the coupling characteristic of a Fabry-Perot resonator and embedded bicrystal Josephson junction series array, the factors were analyzed which influenced coupling efficiency.
