摘    要:大型锻造水压机的电液伺服控制系统的可靠性和鲁棒性直接影响着水压机的使用、人身安全和锻件质量。针对50MN自由锻造水压机负载的不确定性,建立其电液位置伺服系统的数学模型,设计出动态鲁棒补偿器并结合传统的PID控制方法,利用MATLAB/SIMULINK软件仿真,结果表明动态鲁棒补偿器在水压机电液伺服系统中的应用很好地抑制了外负载干扰,提高了电液控制系统精度和稳定性。

Abstract:The reliability and robustness of the electro-hydraulic servo control system for heavy-duty forging machine play an important role in forging processes, According to external load uncertainty of 50MN water press for free forging, the mathematic model was founded, and the dynamic robust compensator integrating with PID control method was designed and applied to the mathematical model simulation, The simulated results approve that the dynamic robust compensator application restrains interference from extra load and improves the electro-hydraulic position servo control system accuracy and stability.
