新型电磁弹射器的动态性能仿真

摘    要:电磁弹射器的作用是在短距离内发射大质量载荷,该技术的一个关键问题是大推力的直线电机设计。提出了一种基于动磁型永磁无刷直线直流电机的弹射器设计方案,结合理论分析与有限元仿真对电机参数进行了优化设计。通过二维有限元瞬态分析对电机的动态性能进行了仿真,分析了不同的安匝数和永磁磁极数对推力大小及其波动的影响,得出了增加电机推力的可行方案。恒流源和非恒流源两种供电方式下的仿真结果显示,电机平均推力大、推力波动小,且电机性能受电源影响小。

Abstract:Electromagnetic launcher(EML) is used to launch heavy load.A linchpin of this technique is the design of linear motor with great thrust.A novel launcher based on moving magnet type permanent magnet brushless DC linear motor(PMBLDCLM) was proposed.Theory analysis and finite element analysis(FEA) were combined to optimize the motor design and its dynamic performance was simulated through 2D transient FEA.The affect of ampere turns and number of permanent magnet poles on the thrust was analyzed,which led to a practical method to increase the motor thrust.Simulation was performed in two power supply modes: constant current source and variable current source.The results show that the average thrust of the motor is great while the thrust fluctuation is small and the performance of the motor is hardly affected by the power supply mode.
