| 摘 要： | 针对基于虚拟现实技术的网络化制造是实现虚拟制造的发展目标,本文提出了实施基于web的远程制造资源建模的基本框架,并着重分析了远程制造场所布局的基本方法,提出了有效的远程虚拟建模途径,同时集成面向VRML的设备建模技术及制造能力评价等来实现远程虚拟制造场所的组建和选择。

| Abstract: | The method of remote manufacturing resource modeling is discussed to support the construction of networked manufacturing enterprises in this paper. Moreover, a web-based resource modeling environment is provided which integrates three enabling technologies including layout design, VRML-EAI-oriented modeling of machine tools and work cells dynamic evaluation. They can be used to process the remote enterprise construction, election, watching and controlling in concurrent engineering. Besides, a 3-tier web structure is implemented in the system to construct the layout design platform for users in the Internet. |
