| 摘 要： | 南水北调工程对于解决我国北方水资源短缺具有重要意义，文章所述GIS子系统是南水北调工程仿真系统的一个子系统，文章对南水北调工程概况和GIS子系统进行了介绍，并阐述了GIS子系统在南水北调工程仿真中的功能，作者在文中重点描述了GIS子系统功能模块的设计方法与流程，最后给出了由上述方法实现该系统后的部分仿真结果。 |

| Abstract: | In this paper, the author introduces the South-to-North Water Transfer Project. GIS is a subsystem of simulation system of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project, and its functions are described. In particular, the author gives methods and process of modeling for the functions of GIS. At last, some simulation results are provided. |
