摘    要:从资源共享、知识集成的角度,探讨服务与诊断技术向远程化、智能化方向发展的必要性和涉及的问题,将多代理技术、仿真技术应用于远程服务与故障诊断研究领域。研究基于多代理的远程服务与故障诊断系统(RSFDS)的工作模式及体系结构,构建基于多代理的RSFDS系统模型,包括概念模型和结构模型,详细论述面向服务与故障诊断的Agent功能结构及基于仿真技术的系统实现与应用策略,给出印刷机械设备远程服务与故障诊断应用实例。

Abstract:From the viewpoint of resource sharing and knowledge integration, we probed into the necessity and questions concerned for service and diagnosis technique toward long-distance and intelligence, and brought forth the application of multi-agent technology and emulative technique to the field of remote service and fault diagnosis. In this paper, the working pattern and architecture of Remote Service and Fault Diagnosis System (RSFDS) based on multi-agent were researched, the system model of RSFDS was constructed which included concept model and frame model, and the function structure of agent and realization and application strategy based on emulative technique were disserted in detail. Finally, we gave the application instances of remote service and fault diagnosis on printing machine.
