基于虚拟样机技术的某型炮闩系统挡弹机构的磨损研究

摘    要:基于ADAMS建立的以碰撞为特征的某型炮闩系统的虚拟样机平台,分析了该炮闩系统中挡弹机构支臂磨损对挡弹动作的影响,提出了等齐磨损和不等齐磨损的差别,并指出,对该问题的传统认识只是基于等刘磨损的一种直观想象,而实际的不等齐磨损可以借助虚拟样机手段加以分析。最后基于不等齐磨损研究了该挡弹机构一种改进方案的可行性。

Abstract:Based on virtual prototype platform of XX breech system featured by contact and built ADAMS, this paper analyses the effect of shell stop mechanism abrasion in the breech system on shell stopping motion, brings forward the differences between even abrasion and uneven abrasion, and points out that the traditional understanding to the problem only be a subjective image and the actual uneven abrasion can be studied with virtual prototype method. Finally the feasibility of an improvement method on the breech system was researched based on uneven abrasion.
