重轨在线热处理数字仿真研究

摘    要:介绍了可用于迭代计算的连续冷却珠光体转变动力学方程及其参数,对钢轨连续冷却C曲线的函数化,结合一维材料温度与应力的关系以及二维非稳态温度场的运动规律,开发了钢轨在线热处理数字仿真系统。并进行了仿真试验和物理实验。结果表明,本文介绍的模型能够满足工程应用的要求,可为钢轨在线热处理最佳工艺参数的获取提供一种经济、高效的手段。

Abstract:This paper introduces the transition dynamics equations and parameters of continuous cooling pearlite with iterative computation. A digital simulation system of rail heat treatment process directly from the rolling heat is developed by functionizing the C-shaped curve on rail continuous cooling, by combining the relationship between temperature change and stress of 1-dimension materials, and with the laws of motion about 2-dimensions non-steady-state temperature field. The results of simulation and practical experiments indicate that the model presented in this paper can well meet the needs of engineering applications. Furthermore, it also provides a technique of low-price and high-efficiency to obtain optimum parameters of rail heat treatment process directly from the rolling heat.
