基于ANSYS的曲轴—滑动轴承系统动力学模型的研究

摘    要:在考虑滑动轴承油膜刚度和阻尼的基础上,利用ANSYS建立了大功率低速船用柴油机曲轴转子-轴承系统的动力学模型.研究了转速变化时系统固有频率的影响规律,计算了系统的前6阶振型,用ANSYS谐响应分析法,研究了系统的不平衡响应.研究发现不平衡质量可以激起轴向振动;系统的振动多以耦合振动方式出现;此类曲轴固有频率很低,只能在低速条件下工作和加工.通过对曲轴转子振动规律的研究,为曲轴精加工时切削用量的选择提供理论依据.

Abstract:The dynamic model of a crankshaft rotor journal bearing system which took into consideration stiffness and damping of the journal bearing used in high-power and low-speed ship diesel was developed by means of FEM software ANSYS. Because the stiffness and damping of the bearing changed with speed and loadings,the influence of the speed on the natural frequency of the system also was researched. 1st to 6th modes were obtained. Unbalanced response was also analyzed by means of the harmonic response analysis of the ANSYS. It is concluded that axial vibration can be inspirited by unbalance mass in radial direction; coupling vibration can not be avoided. When the crankshaft is manufactured in rotation state,the speed of the crankshaft must be lower. It also provides theory basis with researching vibration rules on crankshaft fashioning.
