基于摩擦动力学的交流伺服运动控制系统仿真

摘    要:提出了一种通过测量交流伺服电机输出扭矩间接测量摩擦的方法。建立了运动控制系统矢量控制完整的数学模型。基于matlab软件,进行了动力学仿真,定量分析了摩擦对于低速运动影响的速度和位移曲线特性,并且找到了所谓"低速"的范围。将仿真分析结果与实验结果进行对比,找出了3个影响运动性能的关键参数,分析了偏差产生的原因。

Abstract:An approach to measure friction of AC servo motion control system by measuring the output torque was proposed. A completed mathematical model of vector control in motion control system was established. Using MATLAB, simulation was carried out to quantitatively analyze the influence of friction on speed and position. The scope of so called "low velocity" was given. The results of simulation and experiment were compared to analyze the reason of difference and determine three key parameters affecting the system performance.
