摘    要:静强度设计理论由于不能反映实际任务剖面所承受的交变动载荷,因此具有在很大的局限性,且由于一些武器系统装备时间短,许多零部件没有达到寿命周期,故对其进行可靠性研究及剩余寿命预测有很大的困难。将基于接口的协同仿真与武器系统进行有机结合,对武器系统在不同任务剖面下进行行驶仿真试验,在此基础上对动载荷情况下各零部件其进行寿命预测及结构优化方面的研究。用实例证明了此方法的可行性。基于接口的多领域协同仿真在武器系统中的应用研究,不仅解决了由于武器系统装备时间短、任务剖面复杂而导致技术难题,还紧密的与工程应用相联系,有很重要的实用意义。

Abstract:The limit of the static strength theory result in that it can't reflect the dynamic loads suffered by the main part of weapon system,so it is difficulty to analyze the reliability and remained life prediction with the short time and the complex task profile.The collaborative simulation based on interfaces was used in weapon system.With the running simulation of different task profile,the reliability and life prediction properly of all ingredient were analyzed under the dynamic loads,and with an example of planetary frame,the feasibility was proved.The research on collaborative simulation based on interfaces used in weapon system does not only solve the technical problem which is caused by the weapon's short time and complex task profile,but also joins the engineer tightly,and it is significant in practice.
