汽车非线性悬架动态特性研究

摘    要:文中详细研究了非线性弹簧汽车悬架系统的动态特性,主要从理论上分析了变刚度弹簧代替定常刚度弹簧后悬架的动态特性,探讨了用小参数动法研究分析非线性系统响应特性的有效性;同时将结果与数值仿真研究结果进行了比较,研究结果表明,用小参数摄动法可以得到系统周期激励了响应的近似解析解,为分析悬架系统动态性提供了一有效的方法,同时也为悬架设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:In this paper, the dynamic performance of vehicle suspensions having a non-linear variable stiffness spring instead of conventional one is studied. The effectiveness of the small parameter perturbation method by which responses of the non-linear system are analyzed is discussed, and also the theoretical predictions produced by the perturbation technique are compared with numerical results obtained by computer simulations. It is demonstrated through the comparison that an approximately analytic solution after using the small parameter perturbation method under periodical excitation can be obtained. The present research also provides a useful method for the design of the non-linear suspension system.
