虚拟制造中的光顺性分析及其建模仿真算法

摘    要:产品的光顺性分析在虚拟制造中占有重要的地位,但目前还没有对曲线曲面光顺性进行定量分析的方法,通过定义曲线曲面的光顺度,给出了一种对曲线曲面光顺性进行定量分析的方法。依据光顺度的定义,提出了一种基于光顺度的约束优化光顺算法,该算法也可以通过不同的约束条件来调节光顺情况。通过仿真建模实验,可知本算法有较好的实验结果。

Abstract:The product smoothness has played an important role in virtual manufacturing,and at present,there has not fairness method that can evaluate the curve and surface smoothness quantitatively.A method of the curves and surfaces fairing evaluation was quantitatively proposed by calculating the "smooth-degree".Based on the "smooth-degree",a constrained optimization algorithm for the curve and surface fairing was proposed.The results of theory analysis and simulation examples illustrate the effectiveness of the constrained optimization fairing method.
