摘    要:摩擦式电磁离合器优化设计涉及的学科多,计算时间长,容易造成逻辑混乱问题,而传统串行优化算法割裂了学科间耦合关系难以得到全局最优解,因此引入了多学科设计优化方法。为了解决协同优化方法(CO法)不容易收敛的问题,提出了CO与同时分析和设计方法(SAND法)结合的二级多学科优化算法,给出了算法架构和计算流程。最后,对产品实例的结构参数进行优化得到了Pareto解,实现了多个优化目标。结果表明,该优化算法有效地减少了计算时间,增强了CO算法的收敛性能。

Abstract:The optimization of frictional electromagnetic clutch involves more than one discipline,which leads to long calculating time and poor logic.The traditional sequential method isolates the coupling relations of the disciplines,which causes the difficulty to get the global optimal solution.Therefore,multidisciplinary design optimization(MDO) was introduced in.To deal with slow convergence or no convergence of CO,a devised CO and SAND integrating method was proposed,its architecture and process were also given.An example of optimization was applied to get a Pareto solution and accomplish several optimization goals.The result shows that the optimization method proposed is useful to decrease the calculating time and increase the convergence ability of CO.
