摘    要:针对磨矿过程的关键工艺指标磨矿粒度难以进行直接在线检测且化验过程滞后的难题,并结合案例推理(cBR)技术在软测量建模方面的优势,提出了基于案例推理的磨矿粒度软测量方法,开发了相应的粒度软测量软件。实际应用效果表明该软件简单、实用,能够较好地实现磨矿粒度的在线软测量。

Abstract:Particle size is a key technical index of grinding process. But it is difficult to be measured online directly, and the offline analysis by lab sample exists large-time delay. With the advantage of soft-sensor modeling using case-based reasoning (CBR), a soft-sensor approach for particle size of grinding process with CBR was proposed. A software package based on the proposed method was developed. The industrial application shows that the software is easy to use and can realize the precise measurement of particle size online.
